For each area, the observed sold-price gap between streets that gained an extension, loft or conversion and streets that did not. The comparison is computed from recorded sales and granted planning consents in that same area, not a national rule of thumb.

No area yet has enough granted consents and recorded sales on both sides to publish an improvement comparison. This grows as planning coverage extends.
